HOW IT WORKS WHAT THE DAAN SYSTEM DOES: 1. The DAAN Module redirects the creditor / collector to our
national call A. the DAAN
Group has been retained to monitor this person's collection call activity, and B. the person the caller is calling about has a hardship and is trying to avoid bankruptcy, and C. the caller should not call this person again, and D. either: (i) (most popular) that you are now representing
this person in debt resolution and the
phone number of your creditor relations department, or (ii) that this person has taken steps to resolve the debt and will accept "written correspondence" from the caller but NOT telephone calls, or (iii) the customized message of your choice. THE KEY IS TO INFORM CALLERS THAT COLLECTION CALLS ARE BEING AUTOMATICALLY MONITORED AND ARE NO LONGER DESIRED. This is the key to keeping clients on the program and reducing the possibility of creditor suits while in the program. Communication and information will reduce your expenses, keep your clients satisfied and increase your bottom line. 2. By offering to immediately relieve the debtor from the need to talk to creditors or collectors, DAAN provides a unique marketing tool to quickly turn prospects into clients. 3. In the event the debtor again becomes delinquent, the DAAN service can be automatically terminated and calls to the debtor may legally resume, thereby prompting debtors to resume payments as agreed. Here's the DAAN Module (view instructions). WHAT DEBTORS DO AFTER RECEIVING THE DAAN MODULE: 1. Simply plug the DAAN module into ANY phone jack.

2. When a creditor/collector calls, just press the star (*) key on whatever phone they are on, even cordless, and hang- up. 3. When the creditor / collector calls our Call Center (as directed by the Module), we will automatically deliver the Call Script message of your choosing. 4. We also keep a log of the time, date and identity of the incoming collection calls. 5. Our DMAP program will monitor collection call activity and notify you of any repetitive calls. 6. When the debtor no longer needs DAAN, they return it to the DSC as directed. WHAT'S THE COST FOR ALL OF THESE SERVICES? The patented DAAN Home Transmitter Module, Call Forwarding service, Call Center interface and message delivery, attorney monitoring of collection call activity, gathering and storing collection call efforts for each debtor, DSC notification of potential FDCPA violations (we go pro-active to keep your client IN your program), and local FDCPA attorney alert services, depending on your DAAN client volume, will cost you about $10 per active (DAAN) client, per month.
