1. DAAN refers
the creditor / collector to our national call center where the
caller is given
notice that the debtor is attempting to resolve the debt as per
your
instructions. This is key to keeping clients on the program and
reducing
the possibility
of creditor suits while in the program. Communication and information
will reduce your
expenses, keep your clients satisfied and increase your bottom
line.
2. By offering
to immediately relieve the debtor from the need to talk to
creditors or
collectors, DAAN provides a unique marketing tool to
quickly turn
prospects into clients.
3. In the event
the debtor again becomes delinquent, the DAAN service can
be
automatically terminated and calls to the debtor may legally
resume,
thereby
prompting debtors to resume payments as agreed.

WHAT DEBTORS DO AFTER RECEIVING
THE DAAN MODULE:
1.
Simply
plug
the
DAAN module into ANY phone jack. "Click"...done!
2. When a creditor/collector
calls, just press the star (*) key on whatever
phone they are on, even cordless, and hang- up. DAAN will take over
discretely delivering our standard message (Listen
to
the message)
after
which
the
call
is automatically terminated. Larger DSCs may opt for a
customized message; call for details.
3. When the creditor / collector
calls our Call Center (as directed by the Module), they are
told the
debtor is having a hardship and trying to avoid bankruptcy; not to call
the debtor
back and
thta we will continue to monitor the debtor's collection call activity
for potential
violations. At your option, we will also inform the caller who to call
to begin the settlement
process.
We also keep a log of the time,
date and identity
of the incoming collection calls.
4. When the debtor no longer needs
DAAN, they return it to the DSC as directed.
DAAN
will:
* End Collection Calls automatically and
immediately FOR them, without
them saying a word or even
remaining on the phone, and advise the
caller how to reach the
counselor of record.
* Give them INSTANT relief from harassing
calls so they can concentrate
on paying down their debt
instead of increasingly thinking they hired the wrong
debt resolution agency every
time the phone rings.
